"Home was so comfortable, clean and cozy and had all the beach vibes going. It was well stocked with plenty of items. This was much more than just a vacation rental home. Fabulous pool area where we spent most of the time hanging out.Neighborhood was very quiet and located near lots of shopping and restaurants. Manasota beach was beautiful with wonderful sunsets. A bit of a walk to get to it, but if you enjoy walking it’s doable from the house. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely would come back."

"PROS:Pool was lovely, interior looked better than I was expecting from the photos. Good location central enough to a few cities and close to good beaches.Communication with Gareth was easy and straight forward. Never had to contact them for anything. Did not feel like any requests were intrusive/over the top CONSA/c locked to 72 or above. Floors *desperately* need a deep mop or something. White socks turn black within a few minutes of walking around on the tile. You are quested to wash certain things before departure, but house did not have detergent. No provided toiletries outside of TP. Would have been nice to know we’d need that prior to save us a trip into town All in all great experience dulled by some minor things. Would recommend regardless! "

"I always search for vrbos that are under 300 a night and that sleep at least 6. The price was fair and there was plenty of room here in the blue house. House was clean she gave us good instructions/welcome info. The backyard was a little unsafe...the patio boards felt like they were going to collapse. The swingset was kinda dangerous for an almost 3 year old but she did love it we just had to b standing right next to her. Older kids enjoyed the big swings. pool was ok but kinda hard to get into. Didnt see the bags for the cornhole game...outside stuff was a little worn but glad it was fenced in. The house isnt in the best neighborhood and the house next door is abandoned. It was quiet though never did see a neighbor. House is very close, like 10 min, to some beaches. Guest shower was clogged the whole time we were there...bathroom was flooded after 2 min shower...used all towels cleaning it up each day. Finally the last day the owner came by n cleaned the sand out/unclogged it. She was very nice just wish she had responded sooner...i messaged her the 1st day about the shower didnt hear back till following day and she didnt come fix it till our last night there. "

"Place was very clean inside. We had higher expectations overall given it was described as luxurious. The key pad to the door didn’t work, bird cage screens were ripped, weeds growing on patio of pool, lawn overgrown, 1/2 bath was outside by the pool, and no wine glasses. Again…the inside was very clean but we wouldn’t stay again. Also because the house is on a busy street with no place to go for a walk. "
