"First thing, this house is a pet friendly house. We had a family of 6 adults, 4 boys and our little dog and had plenty of room. The kitchen was very equipped! The beds were very comfortable. Showers are big and perfect after you come back from the beach or fishing all day.The property is on Lemon Bay and the boys had a wonderful time catching fish, kayaking, watching manatees, dolphins and an alligator. The ocean is a very short walk from the front door and across the street (not busy at all). We found tons of shark teeth, beautiful shells and we saw a sea turtle swimming close to the beach.The host is so easy to deal with. He's really cares about your stay and making sure everything is working, we had everything we needed and the nicest host I have ever dealt with. Latest is the air conditioner. It works very well!!!Thank you for letting us vacation at your beautiful house.Lorrie and family"

"We love the location of this upstairs condo! Having access to both the bay and a private beach on the gulf is a must for us. We rented bikes for the week and could easily zip over to the Gulf, or up and down the key. Being able to gaze out at the bay day and night was lovely. July sunrises happen directly across the bay as witnessed from either the screened-in lanai or out on the dock. If you’re lucky, you might see a manatee or dolphin swim by. The unit was clean, bright and cheery. The beds were both comfy, as was the couch. We especially appreciated the ice and water dispensers on the frig, having a washer & dryer, and using the hose out front for rinsing salty sand off ourselves and off our iSUP’s when returning from an adventure. I’m already dreaming of a second stay here!"

"We enjoyed our stay July 2026! The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and so welcoming for our family of 5. It had everything we needed and more. The dock was great for fishing. Quiet area. Close to several public beaches and restaurants. Great location!"

"We loved our stay. The room was immaculate. There were plenty of starter amenities: shampoo, condition, coffee, sweeteners. Lots of fun in the pool. The maintenance man stopped by and asked if the AC worked. Very polite. Someone had called it in a d he wanted to fix it. Service!!!"

"Great place, great host! Very beautiful landscape and the beach was great. It was private and very peaceful. Also found a couple hundred sharks teeth! The room was nice, kitchen had everything we needed for the length of our stay. Evan was helpful and communicated well from start to finish."
