A littoral gem in Otaru
Hotel is within walking distance from the train station and close to the canal and many shopping streets. Rooms are really cosy with very comfortable bed and separate shower and toilet. Buffet breakfast, while not having a huge selection, food is of high quality and tasty. Like all Japanese hotels, the staff are so polite, friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed the property, though it is a little bit small with two small kids. However the area was walkable and convenient with 2 conbini nearby.

入住時按鈴聲都沒有櫃檯員工出現，以為是時間到變無人櫃檯，後面發現其實是有櫃檯服務的，整體住宿乾淨簡單，有點像是文創旅店，早餐好吃😋，但個人覺得有點不星野集團的感覺

눈이 많이 오는날은 역에서의 거리가 약간 버거울수있습니다. 그외의 관광지까지의 거리나 앞의 편의점 등은 좋았으며, 무엇보다 직원들의 서비스가 훌륭합니다. 조식도 양은 많지않지만 제대로된 식사가 나옵니다.

location not really convenient by walking and suggest to take cab, there’s one convenient store by 2 min. walk and this is the only store nearby. bedroom is small and only able to open one luggage, but bathroom is nice n spacious. No coffee n teabag provide which is not humanize and need to go to ground floor to get drinking water, esp. in cold winter. breakfast is exquisite but taste is over rated but the environment of dining place is elegant.

오타루에서 좋은 기억 가지고 갑니다
구관과 신관의 조화가 좋았다. 조식뷔페가 종류는 적지만 맛있었고, 나이트라운지는 이용하지 못했지만 굉장했을것 같다. 다만, 객실내 생수병은 없고 대신 객실내 물병이 있는데 1층에서 마실만큼 받아가야 하는 불편함은 있다. 객실에 필요한 치약 칫솔 빗 같은 어매니티는 1층에서 챙겨 가야 한다 주차는 선착순으로 6대는 호텔앞에 댈 수 있고, 체크인 전에 도착해도 별도의 비용은 없다. 가까이에 꽤 큰 패밀리 마트가 있어서 오타루 운하 구경하고 숙소올 때 필요한 물품을 사 올수 있다.

早餐很歐式，有西班牙的Tapas，相當令人驚喜，房間很有品味，大小還可以，浴室雖然沒有浴缸，但大小很適當，不覺得小，如果下次還要住小樽，會優先考慮。
