The hotel itself is not too bad with clean and reasonably sized rooms. Entry by car was hard to find and on my last day after checkout, staff was almost forcing me to take my car out of their carpark even though I have parked there for less then 24 hours and said if I left car any longer I will have to pay an hourly rate. Not great experience.

新しいからだと思うが、各所綺麗なのが良かった。清掃もきちんとされていると思う。スタッフの感じも良かった。大浴場も綺麗で良かったのだが脱衣所やロッカー前が狭いので、ピーク時間帯に行ったせいかロッカー前にすぐには入れなかった。混雑状況が何かで確認出来ると良いと思う。朝食ビュッフェは十分なバリエーションで満足だった。欲を言うと展望ラウンジの営業時間がもう少し長いと良い。またはカフェやバーの営業時間外もお風呂の後の休憩スペースとして使えるとか...。画像を見て楽しみにしていたのだが朝も夜も閉まっていて入れずに残念だった。ホテルの立地は非常に便利だった。堺町通りや運河に近く行き来しやすい。是非また利用したい。
