Cosy apartment in the heart of São Vicente, perfect for enjoying with friends and family, excellent location: close to bars, restaurants, gyms, squares and shops. Just a 6-minute walk from Gonzaguinha beach, 5 minutes from Brisamar Shopping and next to McDonald's. Includes parking in front (car and motorcycle). Spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen and service area. The space: The apartment is simple, but very cosy, spacious and airy. Note: We do not provide bath towels, face towels, pillows and blankets. In the kitchen we have 6 plates, 6 glasses, 1 frying pan, 3 pots and cutlery such as forks and knives. Guest access: The place has street parking for cars/motorcycles in front and next to the apartment, there is also paid parking right in front. Other Observations: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, and lighting or leaving candles or incense on furniture and appliances is also prohibited to avoid accidents.
