Slab house with high ceilings and sloping, ensures excellent lighting and ventilation, ceiling fans in all rooms, tiled floors and easy to maintain, four bedrooms and three suites and a bathroom, a balcony with integrated living room and kitchen, two bedrooms in the back of the house and two suites in a comfortable 'cottage. Large garden with terrace (200m2) space to house several vehicles, deck and garden shower. Furniture masonry allows convenience and ventilation, producing no mold or fungus. Slate floors and ceramics, allowing easy maintenance. Two refrigerators, one in the kitchen and another in the Service Area.

Alugamos a casa para o Ano Novo e adoramos! Com certeza se formos a Bertioga alugaremos a casa novamente. A casa é bem grande, bem arejada e completa em todos sentidos (tem todos utensílios de cozinha). Tem uma ótima garagem, área para churrasqueira e lazer. Só seria perfeito se os quartos dos fundos tivessem ar-condicionado também, porque são bem quentes. A vizinhança é bem tranquila e proximo da praia. Recomendamos! Obrigada por todo apoio, Marcelo.
