"Property is well located however the room we had was full of mold. The shared kitchen was dirty and the living room also had mold on the walls. We tried to get a different room since we were staying there for 7 nights. Only after 4 days did they tell us that they would allow us to cancel for the remainder of our stay and give us the money back. Unfortunately since it was last minute we could not find anything reasonable and had not choice but to stay. Disappointing that guestready did not...

What a fantastic hotel. Situated in the heart of the city making it easy to navigate. Pedro and his staff cannot be more helpful, always with a smile and genuinely interested in making sure you get the most from your stay. The breakfast was wonderful, I cannot tell you much about the selection as on the 1st morning I had the Eggs Benedict, then the second day etc etc, that's how good they were. The pool has a wonderful serene feel to it and we were lucky to have it to ourselves. If you are...

We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into). They have a good amount of crockery and cutlery too. Private parking is...

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing and the houseboat itself was spotless, comfortable and really well equipped. We especially loved the rooftop deck — such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. Communication was excellent throughout and everyone we dealt with was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delivered fresh every morning and could be tailored to exactly what you wanted, which was such a lovely...

Passal Hostel

We usually don't stay in Hostels as we prefer to have own bathroom - but this time as we were only looking for a place to sleep prior to our early morning flight ; we thought -based on the reviews - that this would make it. Passal Hostel was a really positive suprise. It was super clean, organized, it had an ambient atmosphere when you entered to the lobby. Bathroom was pretty fancy and spacious. We really liked to stay there :) Thanks for Paulo, he's a great host!
