"This hotel has a lot going for it, being centrally located in Ponta Delgada. But, paying almost US$500 a night, we were very disappointed with the room we got the first night. However, the GM Pedro gave us a grant room for the next night. His kindness and the wonderful staff made us feel much more ..."
