The staff were helpful when needed and friendly. I like my room cleaned in the mornings and every day that happened during my two week stay.👍 Hotel is centrally located so near many restaurants, shops, etc. And the subway station is only a block away so, for me, location was ideal.

Great value and location

Clean comfortable hotel close to Airport bus service stop at Republic Square. Very hearty free breakfast. A great value for the location.

Ótima hospedagem no geral. Equipe muito atenciosa e muito boa localização do hotel, que fica praticamente ao lado de uma das entradas da estação República, o que ajudou bastante. Porém deixo alguns pontos de observação: Acústica do quarto: Não é boa, vem muito barulho da área dos elevadores, se você quiser dormir até um pouco mais tarde, talvez tenha dificuldade, e do apartamento de cima, que em uma das noites ficou arrastando móveis até perto da meia noite e incomodou bastante. Recepção 24h: Ao retornar para o hotel de madrugada em um dos dias, fiquei surpreso que a recepção estava fechada e totalmente no escuro. Por ser uma região perigosa principalmente a noite, penso que no check-in poderia ser avisado que a recepção fecha e fica no escuro após certo horário, e que precisa tocar a campainha para que abram a porta se for retornar tarde. Cartão de informações no quarto: Senti falta de um cartão com informações simples, como o ramal da recepção, ou um lembrete de como acessar o Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi: No andar em que fiquei o Wi-Fi estava muito lento. Tive de usar os dados móveis do celular durante quase toda a hospedagem. Ar-condicionado: Algumas vezes vazou água para dentro do quarto, tive que colocar uma toalha embaixo para não molhar o chão e não danificar a madeira dos móveis. Café da manhã: Muito bom, apenas poderia ter uma reposição dos itens mais rápida.
