Great place to stay in a vibrant and safe area of the city, and good value for money. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff and a delicious breakfast buffet made our stay here very enjoyable. Given the city’s climate, the rooftop pool is a big bonus and a nice place to relax.

Solo La recepeción y la fachada del edificio valen la pena, lo demás está en pésimas condiciones, ademas se encuentra en un lugar poco seguro. no recomiendo para nada, pedi que me hagan un reembolso debido que solo pude estar una noche debido a las condiciones del hotel y no lo hicieron

Hotel muito bem localizado e com ótima limpeza, o que foi um ponto bastante positivo. No entanto, considerando o valor da diária, o atendimento deixou a desejar. Precisamos aguardar um tempo considerável para acessar o quarto, e o check-in ocorreu após o horário combinado (14h). Durante a espera, sentimos pouca proatividade da equipe em tentar auxiliar ou agilizar a situação. No café da manhã, chegamos próximo ao horário de encerramento, mas ainda dentro do período, e a equipe já começou a fechar o acesso, o que nos deixou um pouco desconfortáveis, pois ainda estávamos nos servindo. Acreditamos que poderiam ter aguardado a finalização de forma mais cordial. No geral, é um hotel bom, porém, pelo valor cobrado, esperávamos um atendimento mais atencioso.
