This apartment features one bedroom (suite) with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 1 person). The balcony offers a beautiful sea view, perfect for relaxing. Check-in takes place between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm; if you are unable to arrive during this time, please contact us for guidance regarding another property. We are working to make check-in times more flexible.

Guests should bring bed linen for the sofa bed (double size, preferably without elastic) and bath and face towels. For 3 or 4 guests, don't forget to bring beach towels and sarongs. We do not exchange linens during your stay, but if needed, please let us know 48 hours in advance for replacement. We provide 4 pillows and 1 comforter.

The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric stove, pots, and basic utensils, ideal for preparing small meals. Parking is paid separately (R$ 30/day) and managed by Orlapark, offering valet service and 24-hour access.

The building offers 24-hour security, swimming pool, gym, and self-service laundry (Bubble Box Santos).

We are located in the best and safest neighborhood of Santos, right in front of the sea.

We allow 1 small pet per booking, as long as it is trained to do its needs in the appropriate place. Please note that there is an additional fee for pets, which should be included in the total number of guests. By bringing your pet, you accept full responsibility for any damages caused.
