"It was in general a great experience! For the price everything was more than enough. The shared room for 4 even had it’s own bathroom. The only not so good part was the check-in time. They give you their contact to stay in touch but if you are in a hurry front desk is not always available."

"It truly exceeded my expectations! This hotel had breathtaking views and amazing service/hospitality! From the second we arrived, someone was ready to greet us and make us comfortable. The staff were so friendly and kind - and in a genuine way too! They provided us with a tour and helped us when we needed anything. My husband and I were getting married in Santorini and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us with anything we needed to prep for our wedding. They even cleaned our room in advance of the "getting ready photos" and connected with us at breakfast on our wedding day to check in on us. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious every day. The room was very clean and comfortable with good amenities. The location is great if you want to do a hike to Fira or Oia as the path is easily accessible from the hotel. Truly truly amazing! Yes, the hotel is pricy but it's well worth it based on my experience. Definitely recommend it and hope to come back soon!"

"Beautiful place conveniently located very close to the Caldera walk-way view points. Excellent value. Super clean and very friendly and accommodating staff. Maria at front desk, Mundi (staff) and specially Renata (Reni) in the restaurant/buffet area was- is- particularly nice and efficient. We really enjoyed our visit to Fira. Dining and shopping options are almost endless. Walk towards Town Square for yummy and less pricey options. Bust Station is within 200 meters. You can pay 2 Euros per person on Public Bus from ferry area and/or Airport...or pay up 30-50 Euros for Shuttles/Taxi. Public buses pick up in the very middle of Pier area. At least once per hour, Just hang tight, they do come by."
