Check-in is at the main property, Hotel Guarocuya. I stayed there instead. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful cats around. The toilet paper roll was very small. The bathroom has no drainage or mop, so the floor flooded after showering. A mop would help. The staff is kind, with quick check-in and helpful support for a chair request. Good value for a short stay and a great location.
The reception is located across the street from the hotel, which made check-in confusing, and I had to fill out all my info again because they didn’t have a computer. The room looked nothing like the photos — the TV wasn’t mounted, the bathroom had no toilet seat, the shower flooded the floor, and room service was only on request so I ran out of supplies. There were also mosquitos in the room and the mattress was uneven.
On the positive side, the room was very quiet at night, but overall I feel the hotel is overpriced for what you get.
I don’t know if it is an old hotel or they are trying to restore it. It lacks of services and accommodations. They need to be more aware of the attention and services offered

Main complaint is that the power was out when I arrived about 8pm and stayed out until 1:30 or 2 in the morning, and this hotel has no power inverter, thus no A/C in a stuffy room without window to the outside. I would not stay here again unless the hotel has back up power. The woman who helped me check in (not an owner) was the best part of my stay. She tried her best and thought I might like their sister hotel down the street better. I would have if there was electricity but there wasn’t. Since I was the only person staying in this hotel, I think she may have been trying to get rid of me so she could go home. However, their other hotel was actually worse, so I went back to D’Cornelio. Because the power was out, that also means that the water pump, la bomba, won’t work, and thus, no water. No shower. No toilet flush. Currently I’m living in the campo and have to bucket bathe. Good thing I know how because that’s how I cleaned up that night before bed. That whole night was horrible, worst night I’ve ever spent in a hotel. It has a good location but it isn’t marked well, and there is a massive road construction project underway. Also, I didn’t like that I couldn’t freely come and go from the hotel. There’s a locked gate that the employee has to lock and unlock for you. You have to yell in from the street to ask the employee to come and unlock the door. Also, a lot of cockroaches, but those don’t bother me a lot. I would consider staying here again if they have power backup
Localização excelente, próximo a mercados e centro comercial.
***** It happened to me in front of the D'Cornelio hotel and spa in white at around 7 pm the cleaning lady came in and we were in the room and she left, something that happened to me very strange because they did not clean me and how at 1 am When we were asleep, they opened the room for us, according to the guard, he was going to show the room to someone because he was occupying the room and my friend was screaming like crazy with fright. There are no cameras which is complicated. As a foreigner I felt like he wanted to rob me because it is not normal for someone to open your room at 1 am and we are asleep
