Tivemos um problema com um equipamento que queimou devido a nĂŁo ter indicação e fomos informados erroneamente a voltagem da tomada da pia, nos atenderam prontamente e fomos ressarcidos pela proprietĂĄria da pousada. O lugar é maravilhoso a vista a pousada em si. Mais o café da manhã é muito fraco pelo preço a pousada, outra coisa que não gostei não sei se é ba dona ou funcionåria, estava tomando café veio perguntar qual chalé estava, na frente de outros hóspedes, não gostei achei desconfortåvel, devem ter alguém anotando o nome do chalé, não sou eu que tenho que me identificar ou ir na mesa me perguntar. Do resto adoramos o lugar

O local precisa de umas reformas urgentes, chale com banheiro decadente, årea da piscina aquecida totalmente abandonada. O térreo todo quebrado e em obras. Um hotel que não é barato, não oferece shampoo. O local é muito bonito, muita natureza e o café da manhã é ótimo, mas precisa melhorar em muitas coisas para justificar o preço que cobra.
