Glamping in Santiago

We started here three times and felt as if we were coming home each time. The staff were great and made every effort including booking taxis and helping get our preferred room choice. My only compliant is so small - but, as a vegetarian I was unable to enjoy their apparently delicious scrambled eggs as they were put in the same container as the meat. I have not encountered this anywhere else so mentioning it in the hope it might get changed for others.

Nice hotel with a lot of character, very nice and helpful staff, handily located near the Republica metro station meeting it easy to get into the heart of the city

A little Gem in Santiago. Really enjoyed our stay.

We've certainly had a great time at The Singular. The room was comfortable, breakfast was great and the restaurant and rooftop bar staff were stellar! We left sure that we would go back to this hotel next time we're SCL. My only comment is for the front desk staff. Except for the girl (I forgot her name) who was very sweet, the male staff looked to always be in a bad mood or simply not wanting to be there at all. At check out, we ever received an eyeroll after asking one simple question....

I had a great stay at Castillo Rojo, the stuff is very helpful and welcoming, the building is charming and very clean.

I’m frequent traveller where I spend much time in hotel stays, and this hotel is one of those I will definitely go back to again Service, location and the help of staff is amazing

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years and after 5 years or so we find it unchanged in the positive sense. Very accommodating staff, and all the services very accessible. We stayed on the 18th floor which has access to the upstairs lounge. All very nice.

Stunning hotel in a lovely area of Santiago. Our room was spotless and the restaurant food was delicious. Loved the swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring. The front desk staff were also super helpful. Highly recommended.

Delightful quality for a 3 * hotel. Breakfast was good Coffee maker in room Staff were so helpful in recommending good places to eat. Best 3 star I've stayed in in South America

Excellent

A haven of peace and tranquility. It was a real privilege to be here. The traditional building has been beautifully restored with very interesting internal decor. The staff are super-helpful. Thank you, Matildas, for 2 memorable visits.
