For airport convenience, it’s good. Otherwise, pay a cab or Uber to go elsewhere. No potable water in room. Had to be bought at $3 dollars a small bottle or dehydrate. No food options except theirs, and it’s not cheap. I spent $50+ extra for a free shuttle to the airport.

There are two Diego de Almagro hotels next to each other. This one is not on Google Maps, and the airport shared transfer did not know it. Basically, you book tranfer to the other one, and then walk from there. The reception does not speak English and does not answer Hotels.com messages. I called them about airport transfer and could not get any answer. I suggest that you book a shared transfer from the terminals for 10 USD. The transfer back to the terminals is free, goes every hour. The room was basic, but OK for a night to catch a morning flight. The bathroom was in good condition. The breakfast was available from 4AM and was quite good.

This is a convenient and affordable option near SCL -- with an airport shuttle and early-morning breakfast buffet perfect for weary travelers. (Swimming pools and a fitness area are a nice touch!) The area isn't much to write home about (mostly warehouses and industrial buildings) but the on-site restaurant had a wide variety of professionally prepared dining options. Everyone here was friendly and helpful -- overall, you won't be disappointed!

El hotel excelente, el unico tema es que se encuentra junto hotel antiguo, y el transporte desde el aeropuerto parece que no conocía el acceso principal al nuevo hotel por lo que dejó a mi madre adulta mayor junto a su equipaje en el hotel antiguo, ella tuvo dificultades para dirigirse al otro, ya que presenta movilidad reducida, por lo demás al llegar al hotel todo impecable, el desayuno excelente.
