"Public area,s and cleanliness good.Facilities good, food and drink selection very good. Staff all friendly and helpful. Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. Balconey needs hanging frames for wet towels."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment Nivaria Beach , and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed, offering all the modern amenities one could wish for, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. What really set this place apart, however, were the breathtaking views. From one side, we had an unobstructed view of the vast Atlantic Ocean - the serene blues and the sound of waves were incredibly calming. On the other side, the majestic sight of the island's famous volcano stood proudly, offering a unique and awe-inspiring backdrop. Waking up to such vistas every day was nothing short of spectacular. Moreover, the location was ideal, nestled in a spot that provided privacy yet easy access to local attractions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the host was very welcoming and helpful, providing tips and recommendations that enhanced our stay. Overall, staying at this apartment was a highlight of our Tenerife trip, combining luxury with the natural beauty of the island. "Have been going to the Jardine Tropical for 10 years. Feels like being home. Main problem is the tiling area around the pool is in dire need of repairs. Children running around in bare feet worries me, otherwise perfect "

"Fabulous stay at this hotel, my 1st time but certainly will not be my last. The hotel was so clean, staff friendly and hard working. The beds are super comfy and the apartment very spacious with all self catering equipment needed. The room has a kettle, toaster, microwave and most importantly to us curly haired girlies a proper hairdryer. Plenty of storage & hangers and a safe which is free to use. Also free use of pool towels. Could not fault this hotel and I will return."
