Great location for El Sardinero and other smaller beaches next door, a Lupa grocery market, and bus stops into town are nearby, walking distance to Palacio de Magdalena. Parking is not free (10EUR) and there is plenty of free parking nearby. Host was business-like. Not too many dining options around.

Great value for money in an expensive city! We really liked our room (especially having a kettle) and our host was very friendly. A great place to stay near the bus station.

This property exceed our expectations in every single way, the price amazing the junior suite awesome, staff brilliant even let us stay on after check.out in the car park until 2.00 to catch our ferry ⛴️. Nothing to fault breakfast and dinner you won't go hungry

A charming manager who greeted us and also managed the breakfast buffet - extremely hard working. Our room was immaculate and the location good. Only slight downside was that there was no parking at the hotel but there was free onsite parking nearby.

Stayed Tuesday - Saturday. Room on third floor at front of hotel overlooking street - some minor street noise at night but not enough to disturb sleep - Friday night was noisy (weekend revellers). We arrived at 1pm and were able to check into our room. Very clean, powerful shower and small bottles of complimentary water and toiletries replenished each day. Great location for walking around the city. Hotel guests receive 10% discount off menu del dia, served 1pm-4pm - choice of 3 starters, mains and desserts and includes bread and half a bottle of wine each for €18. Really nice hotel, friendly staff and they’re is a public car park just outside the hotel but can be seen from window, I worked a truck with trailer there and could see from balcony and there was still lots of parking! Definitely stay again, an would recommend!! Breakfast is really nice and rooms clean and comfortable. Shower pressure is low an over bath, but can still manage a nice wash! We don't normally do reviews, but there should be a special 8 * rating available for hotels that go above and beyond! Sadly our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather and then our vehicle broke down; our breakdown company led us a merry dance. Our holiday was made unique not only by the service I received from my first phone call to voice my worries as I had never been to Santander before. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel - and I let the reception staff know how much we liked it on checking out. The beds were comfortable, the shower was efficient and it was good to have two chairs in the room to relax in. I particularly liked the breakfast buffet. No hot dishes but that was fine with me.
