We arrived in the evening after our ferry docked late, and the man who welcomed us could not have been more friendly or obliging. Although I had mentioned we had a dog when booking that hadn't been noted, but the staff immediately turned all heating on in the downstairs apartment they keep for dog owners, and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. I was waiting for my house to become available for me to move into and wanted an apartment so I would be able to cook for myself and not have to pay a lot for cooked food or live on takeaways. Check in took a longer time than I thought it should have but I was happy with the apartment. Very modern apartment with everything you would need for a great stay. Beds and sofa bed were all really comfortable. A 2 minute walk to the football stadium. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment very close to beautiful beach. Apartment is huge and immaculately clean. Large basement garage with easy parking, very useful as there is limited public parking in the area. Owners very friendly and helpful. Only regret we only stayed one night, as the apartment and this area would be perfect for a longer stay.

There is no free parking at the property or in the area - something to keep in mind if you have a car (which by the way you wont need to explore Bilbao and surrounding areas as the Bizkaia card is so reasonable).

This was the perfect 2 bed apartment. We needed an emergency single night when our flight home was cancelled, and this property fit the bill perfectly. We wished we’d stayed there all week! Great room with all the amenities! We had a welcome pack with coffee, tea, washing up liquid, tablet for the dishwasher and washing machine. All the small details covered! Excellent experience!

Clean, comfortable apartment in a very central location. Very quiet at night which we appreciated! Friendly and helpful check in staff. Housekeeping took place even during our short stay of 3 nights. Not a service we have experienced in other apartments on our travels so again, appreciated. Restaurants, supermarkets etc all nearby. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable apartment accommodation (my apartment matched the photos show) just a few minutes walk from the Casco Viejo old town area and 15-20 minutes walk from central Bilbao. The receptionist was friendly and no problems were encountered during my 3 night stay. Air conditioning (or some sort of fans!) would have been nice as the temperature hit the mid 40s during a heatwave. Walking to the apartments involves a short uphill walk but if you don't fancy this catch the Bilbobus 77...
