It was great to have a kitchen to have some breakfast and coffee in the morning. The bus stop to the city centre is right outside the apartment so very easy to go around the city. The only negative we found was that the bathroom was not very clean. There was hair on the floor and on the bin, the floor looked like it had not been washed at all, and the shower looked quiet dirty. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived and tried to blame us for not notifying them of our arrival. when we did get checked in the first email we received was from the hotel requesting our arrival time. Het was er schoon en de dame van de receptie was zeer aardig en spreekt een beetje Engels wat niet overal standaard is. Friendly staff Definitely not the same as in the photos .... not close to anything for food and just a broken vending machine in reception. Very friendly check in though and was close to the ferry so does for that I suppose ...
