This modern villa with a garden and private heated pool is located in a prime seaside area in La Quinta, Santa Úrsula, in northern Tenerife. It offers incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and there is a nice dedicated desk ideal for remote work.

The space-
Villa Boutique is a modern design villa with a garden and a private heated pool. Open and bright, here you’ll experience a sense of peace and tranquility thanks to its location facing the Atlantic Ocean in a prime area of La Quinta in Santa Úrsula, north of Tenerife.

Villa Boutique has three double bedrooms—one on the top floor and two on the ground floor. Its unconventional design makes each room unique and perfect for enjoying life, organically connecting the interior with the garden to create a truly special atmosphere.

One of the main bedrooms is located on the upper floor and features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It’s a cosy corner where you can enjoy the breathtaking views, a good book, and TV. You’ll also find a small living room with access to a terrace where you can relax and take in the stunning ocean views.

The ground-floor bedrooms feature double beds and direct access to the terrace, garden, and pool. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The third bathroom, featuring a bathtub, opens onto the serene interior terrace. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, perfect for a great night’s sleep.

The living/dining room and the modern, fully equipped kitchen have direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy barbecues, the garden, and an incredible swimming pool.

Kitchen equipped with top-quality appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, two different types of coffee machines including the Nespresso, toaster, blender, kettle, juicer, washing machine and dryer, ironing board, and iron. And many other items necessary for your enjoyment; if we don’t have something and it’s within our means, we’ll gladly provide it at no extra cost. Outdoor areas featuring a private, heated 40 m² swimming pool. The water temperature depends primarily on weather conditions and the time of day (morning, midday/afternoon, evening). All of this so that you, your family, and friends can enjoy it at any time. Solarium with sun loungers, outdoor living area, barbecue, dining table, and parking inside the villa for one vehicle (street parking available for up to three vehicles).

The villa is equipped with a security system, a safe, a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, an ironing board and iron, a baby cot and high chair (upon request), bedding, and towels. We also provide satellite TV, Netflix, a sound system with a CD player and radio, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, and dryer.

Outdoor amenities include a private pool, lounge chairs, an outdoor living area, a barbecue, an outdoor dining table, and one designated parking spot (with outdoor parking available for up to three cars).

A pool heater—where the water temperature depends primarily on weather conditions and the time of day (morning, midday/afternoon, evening)— is available at all times for you, your family, and friends to enjoy.

Other things to note
Cleaning, bedding, and towel changes are provided upon request at no extra cost.

We can provide one or two cots for children up to 2 years old.
