The room was clean but very worn. They had rooms inspected while i was there and are planning improvements. The staff is very nice and helpful.

There was no parking at all!!!!!! The person in the front desk told me to park next door which was some business office!!! The breakfast it was ridiculous they only had blueberry muffins and guess what they didn’t had coffee because there excuse was we don’t have cups. Our delivery was late!!!! Like really it’s a hotel you have guess why wouldn’t you have coffe cups. Our room was not clean at all!! They didn’t had any shampoo or soap. It was a really bad experience!!! We honestly didn’t leave because I drove more than 4 hours to get there we got to the hotel pretty late the only thing we wanted is to rest because we where going to have a long day the next day.

Was not as expected in comparison to our past extended stay hotel visits. The room was halfheartedly cleaned, the bed was uncomfortable and no dishes or silverware were provided. As a travel advisor, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my clients. Wish I had a better review.

When we arrived the check-in was incredibly slow and we were absolutely exhausted. I was charged for an upgrade because the hotel didn't have the room available that I booked online. The upgrade should have been complimentary considering that was the hotels fault. The room itself wasn't cleaned properly. There were little hairs all over the bathroom counter and the mirror was dirty. In the morning there was a puddle of water beneath the bathroom sink. As we left, a woman who appeared to be homeless got onto the elevator with us and proceeded to rant that her sheets had blood all over them.

Room was uncomfortable, not enough staff (2 times I waited more than 20 minutes for someone to get to the front desk. Breakfast was instant oatmeal packet. My view was literally a mountain of mattresses that made me think that ther was a recent bed bug issue. The room amenities were upon request, including shampoo.

Staff was misleading. I paid for a room for my adult daughter who would be needing accommodations late one night, unable to drive home because of thick dense fog. I made a call to their reservation line (the only published number) asking them if they accept cash for an incidentals deposit as my daughter didn’t have a credit card. They said yes, $100. When my daughter arrived the front desk staff told her NO, accusing her of making up the story (saying nobody on any reservation line would tell anybody that). They refused her a PAID room causing her to leave and to travel home in unsafe conditions. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just terrible.

Disappointing Stay

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, there was no staff at the front desk, and I had to wait 5–10 minutes before anyone showed up. The elevator was out of service, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, there was no ice machine or water dispenser available for guests. Breakfast was a major letdown — very limited and poor in quality. For the price I paid, I’ve stayed at much better hotels that offered significantly more in terms of service and amenities. I would not choose to stay here again.
