About this property

Affordable 30A Getaway! Updated studio condo close to the beach! Near Seaside.

  • Our condo is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, right in the middle of 30A with easy access to HWY 98 to Panama City Beach or Destin about a 20 minute drive away. We are located just across from the street from the boardwalk to the beautiful beaches of 30A, about 100 yards from the sand. We are just one mile from Seaside, an easy bike ride or walk on the trails along 30A.

    Our first floor unit sits right across from the pool. Parking is right outside your door. Our newly remodeled unit is updated and has everything you need. We have a full kitchen, with a queen size bed, comfortable new furniture, new tile throughout, granite counter tops and a totally remodeled bath with walk in shower. This is all waiting for you to come and enjoy, relax, and get away.
