"This is a budget friendly condo complex located directly on the beach about 5 minutes from St Andrews State Park which is on the east end of PCB. Great location for quick access to most dinning and entertainment. The unit was nice, good amenities but this particular unit needed a little better cleaning but overall acceptable.
