Relax by the heated pool, stay active in the fitness room, or unwind on your private balcony. Sleeps up to 8 with a full kitchen and cozy living space. Includes beach service (seasonal), grills, and easy beach access—perfect for families or couples seeking a serene coastal getaway. Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. About the Community/Property: Onsite amenities include: an outdoor heated pool that is open 9AM – 10PM 2 charcoal grills for our owner and guest use A fitness room with available from 6AM – 10PM Beach Service available 8am – 5pm – March through October for daily and weekly rentals About the Vacation Rental Unit: This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features: Bedroom 1: King Bed - Sleeps 2 Bedroom 2: 2 twin bunk beds - Sleeps 4 Living room area: Sofa bed - Sleeps 2 Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
