### Dream Beach Apartment 2
Duplex (bungalow). New, cozy house located in one of the most beautiful places of Costa Blanca - Gran Alacant. A 5 minutes walking (250 m) from the beach Carabassi (assigned to the blue flag). Opposite the urbanization there is a natural park, where you can enjoy walking or cycling. In walking distance there are bars and restaurants. By public transport you can reach Alicante (15min), Santa Pola (10min), commercial center (3min). It's comfortable to spend holidays without renting a car.
Bungalow (duplex) located in a picturesque location on the coast of Costa Blanca, 250 meters from the sea.
The duplex is located in a closed urbanization with private underground parking. On the territory there are 4 swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball and football fields, a cafe-bar with a small shop, a playground and a games room.
Opposite the urbanization there is the entrance to the large, natural park - reserve "Clot de Galvany", which is suitable for both hiking and cycling.
The house has a high-speed WIFI for guests, and all rooms have heating and air conditioning.
On the first floor of the house there are:
\- a kitchen equipped with all necessary modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric cooktop and all the necessary tableware;
\- living room with a dining table overlooking the park, a comfortable sofa, a large TV (Samsung SmartTV)
\- small bathroom (sink, toilet).
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with a shower and a room for drying clothes and storing things.
On the top floor of the house there is an open, spacious terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the park. The terrace is equipped with a summer kitchen with necessary accessories, a barbecue, a summer shower, upholstered furniture and a dining table.
