This modern bungalow is a relaxing place and at the same time punctuated by Spanish life with its collective swimming pool, its relaxation area with garden furniture and barbecue at your disposal but above all quality accommodation. The layout is modern, where it is pleasant to live. Its lounge area with its modular "relaxed" and comfortable sofa, its fully equipped open kitchen and a sunny mezzanine: everything is provided for a family, romantic but also pleasant atmosphere. Its geographical location is ideal, with every desire, its solution a stone's throw away! Sport, shopping, beach, hiking, nautical activities, cultural discovery ... The shopping center is 400m, the beach 2.5km (2 minutes by car), 8km from Alicante airport (El Altet) and only 10km from Alicante city center. Note that access to the highway is very fast, about 5 minutes by car. Description: Ground floor: living room with lounge, dining room and open kitchen \*. A bathroom / toilet \* with walk-in shower. A bedroom \* with double bed and cupboards, opens onto a small terrace. Upstairs: very pleasant mezzanine which can be a sitting area but also an additional sleeping area thanks to its convertible sofa. A second bathroom / toilet with walk-in shower is present. #### Disappointing
We stayed at the property for 10 days and we’re disappointed by the location as the description online lead us to believe that everything within walking distance and said that there were sea views on the description. This was not the case. Lucky we could use our Google maps and eventually found the shops and restaurants but they were a good 10-15 min tire walk, which with a 3 year old in 34 degree heat was not ideal. It said no car was needed but we feel that we did need one and felt a bit stranded. It would of been nice if there was at least some leaflets or information in the property about local facilities but there were none. The property was clean and air con was good after a day in the heat.

#### Nieuwe bungalow?
Woning is geen nieuwe bungalow, maar rijtjeshuis in een straatje. De woning is heel compleet, schoon, goede bedden, goede wifi, 4 min. lopen naar de Aldi, 10 min naar de bus (Alicante, Santa Pola, Elche). Minpuntjes: huis is erg gehorig, Stofzuiger zuigt niet; ook niet nadat deze na onze klacht is nagekeken. 2 vloerwissers gingen stuk; waren verroest. Evenals een tuinstoel. Eetkamerstoelen zijn beschadigd. Douchewand zit niet vast .Afstandsbediening van groot rolgordijn werkte niet en kon ook na poging van host niet gerepareerd worden, zodat het rolgordijn gedurende ons gehele verblijf dicht moest blijven.

Maison agréable spacieuse et propre. Horraires de la piscine très bonnes( ouverture jusqu'à minuit) La plage de Carabassi très accessible à 5 minutes en voiture. Elle est comme toutes les autres plage de la Costa Blanca propre et agréable. De nombreuses commerces accessibles en voiture. Seul inconvénient de cette maison le vis à vis de la terrasse.

El lugar era bastante tranquilo y muy acogedor. Cierto es que el primer día para llegar nos perdimos un poco, pero enseguida encontramos el sitio. Muy bien comunicado con supermercados, farmacias y centro comercial. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

We stayed in this apartment for 9 nights and the apartment is very nice and clean. Distance to Alicante is about 14 km and we recommend to hire a car. Everything inside the apartment was as in the advertisement. However, we had big problems in finding the apartment, because we did not get any proper instructions how to reach the apartment by car. Our navigator could not find the address that we were given and the person, who was on the phone in the given phone number could not speak English. There is a construction site just opposite the apartment and that is why it was a little bit noisy on the terrace. We were three persons and there were only two sun chairs in the closet. We asked for a third chair and it took five days to get one (one day before we left the apartment).

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette location. Maison fonctionnelle et très propre. La piscine de la résidence est grande et bien entretenue. Il manque 1 etoile pour la perfection parce qu'il n'y a pas la wifi. Mais je suis sûre que Christian va y remédier 😉. Je recommande très fortement cette location.
