Outstanding hotel

Very clean, beautiful place. Very friendly staff. Excellent food at the restaurant. The proprietor even drove us to the airport when the hired car could not take us.

Santa Marinella Oasis

Lovely hotel and grounds, gracious employees, and excellent breakfast. The only issue was finding parking. We learned that gravel areas and some side street parking was free, which would be helpful to know ahead of time. Also the entrance is a buzzer at the front gate.

The hotel was lovely and the sea view from our little balcony was perfect. The bottle of Prosecco in the room was a great way to start our Italian vacation. Breakfast was very nice in the morning. I would definitely go back without hesitation.

The staff was amazingly sweet and accomodating. We picked the room with oceanview and patio, and it was nice. We had a nice breeze enter the room and enjoyed the spectacular view. It was our first time staying at an bed & breakfast hotel. The accomodations in our room made our stay pleasant. Smart TV which we were ae to log into our streaming services in the evening. The amenties were great from bathrob, tea, coffee, mini frig, chocolate candies to bathroom soaps. They cooked a very nice breakfast for us

Peaceful pre-cruise stay in San Marinella

Such a wonderful pre-cruise stay in San Marinella, a beach town 25 minutes south of Civitavecchia port. Hotel arranged a pickup car at Rome Fiumicino airport for a fee. Welcome drink of espresso & cold mineral water. After checked in to my room with an ocean view, I relaxed in a jacuzzi & sauna The only thing is that the bathroom is not in the room, just right across. I had to maneuver 2 keys. Also AC is in the room only. I highly recommend a stay here as pre-cruise, or just to wind down Service is excellent & personable. Food was delicious & the ambiance is quite nice.

Peaceful pre-cruise stay in San Marinella

Such a wonderful pre-cruise stay in San Marinella, a beach town 25 minutes south of Civitavecchia port. Hotel arranged a pickup car at Rome Fiumicino airport at 9 am. Welcome drink of espresso & cold mineral water. I paid extra for early check in. After a drink at the restaurant overlooking the sea I took a nap on a cushioned beach lounge chair in a back garden, listening to birds chirping & a nice breeze. After checked in to my room with an ocean view, I relaxed in a jacuzzi & sauna, all to myself, then to lunch, then to dinner among Italian vacationers The hotel arranged a car to take me to the port. As we approached Civitavecchia city I was so glad that I stayed in San Marinella, away from tourists & noise The only thing is the bathroom is not in the room right across the room I had to maneuver 2 keys & also AC. Is in the room only. Since I stayed in August the corridor is no AC bathroom no AC but when you open up the blind shutters, the view of the back garden & the city behind it. I highly recommend a stay here as pre-cruise, or just to wind down. Beach (rocky) is within an easy walk. Service is excellent & personable. Food was delicious & the ambiance is quite nice. I felt very safe & peaceful.

Santa Marinella is a lovely seaside town. Palazzo Moresco is across the street from the beach. It's in walking distance to excellent restaurants. Every meal we had at the local restaurants was exceptional, and we stopped for scrumptious Gelato every night. Breakfast was included with the room, and was absolutely delicious. Even though most of our communication with the staff at Palazzo Moresco was through Google Translate, they made every effort to understand and fulfill our needs. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful! I highly recommend this place.

Andrea, Sara and the entire staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I stayed in Room #1 with a beautiful view of the ocean and also had a small balcony. It was clean, had nice and cold A/C and had great breakfast, cappuccino and yummy treats. The private bathroom was right across the hall. Also very clean. The beach is a quick walk across the street and you can rent chairs/umbrellas. There are a few restaurants with pizza, pasta, fresh seafood, burgers/fries and gelato of course! This was a unique experience as there are all locals and not many tourists. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Property was nice but had no elevator, offer a welcome drink and then charged for it on check out, said hot tub include however there is a charge for it and even though we paid for the family suite 4 bedrooms, they charged me an additional 70 dollars for my son bringing the price well over what we paid for a 5 star hotel. I would not use this property again, if you do please ask about all cost up front so that you are not surprised at the end when the bill is due. It is not beach front you have to walk across the road to the ocean. I’m so not recommending the place
