It is difficult to find the actual building as there is only a small name in glass above the door. Young woman at desk was very unhelpful, even stating that there were NO good restaurants in Funchal when we asked for a reservation. Breakfast was just mediocre. On the plus side, the room was huge, pool area very nice, and area was very quiet.
