My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The check-in process was poorly communicated, there’s no reception, and we had to contact them via WhatsApp and send passport details to enter through secured gate and get the key, which was left on the desk. The steep stairs to the room weren’t suitable for those with mobility issues. Our room door key didn’t work at all, either due to a broken lock or wrong key. Despite sending videos and promises of maintenance, no one came to fix it during our two-night stay. The door never closed properly, leaving our valuables unsafe and causing sleepless nights out of fear someone might enter. The room had minimal amenities: one set of towels, a bar of soap, a non-functional fridge, and an AC that only blew air. Broken and loose wall sockets made charging devices risky, so we used a power bank. The uncomfortable mattress was placed over a small double bed, causing it to bend and fall apart if sat on. Overall, safety and comfort were compromised. The only positive is the central location, close to major sights. Budget-wise, it’s acceptable for a quick stay, but only if the door lock works for you. For longer stays or better safety, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Plenty of food shops and other markets nearby.

Clean rooms and hotel..peaceful location that is away from crowds but still close enough to main attractions

The hotel has a great location if you’re looking for St Mark’s square proximity. Breakfast was nice. Just be aware the hotel has an annex and you may end up there. You leave the hotel, go down a short alley, through a small courtyard to their annex building. The room was ok but we would have preferred the main building. Breakfast is in the real hotel. Also, for those who care, English language tv is scarce and inconsistent.

Me gusta mucho este hotel porque el personal es muy cuidadoso sensible y muy amable. Siempre nos cuidan y están al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. El edificio es bellísimo, los jardines hermosos. Todo, todo es perfecto en este hotel. Yo siempre me hospedo con ellos porque siempre hemos salido felices y deseosos de volver!
