  • For those who want to enjoy the peaceful landscape of the gulf of Fondachello and the wonderful Sicilian coast between Palermo and Cefalu '.
    The house has 2 bedrooms communicating with each other, one of which has a double room with sea view and the other with two beds. Ideal for a couple or families with up to 2 children.
    To access the double bedroom you have to go through the room with the beds, not recommended for 2 adult couples.
    There are 2 bathrooms, one in the bedroom and the other with external access.
    The structure is surrounded by green lawn and offers ample parking on the property.
    The living area is equipped with sliding windows that open transform the environment into an exterior.
