The Plaza is about a 5 minute walk. It’s such a beautiful little adobe with a charming courtyard. Landscape design was a real esthetic surprise and beautiful. The casita is immaculate—very clean, comfortable and has all the practical things that make a VRBO such a great way to travel. This little casita hits all the notes for vacation rental. Well appointed, clean, comfortable, and well laid out. The patio was a nice bonus with a cute courtyard to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Merry checked in with us several times during our stay to be sure all was well. Just lovely. Although Casa Agave is one of three casitas on the property and is nearest the street, the bedroom is furthest from the street and Delgado Street is very quiet to begin with, so noise is not a problem. The location is ideal for exploring on foot the art galleries on Canyon Road as well as the central plaza. Merry was a responsive host. Our stay was hassle-free and the casita is comfortable. The "dining" table is small but more than sufficient for breakfast. We would stay here again. ##### David K. We could hear them talking when they were outside but fortunately it didn’t happen often. Very well equipped compact kitchen. Responsive heat and air, a closet that holds all your clothes AND your big luggage, and everything is new! Washer and dryer just a few steps away and a lovely shaded patio. A 10 minute walk to almost everything and a short drive to grocery stores or museums and all the best restaurants. It was really the best thanks to Merry who went way beyond the call of duty to make our week in Santa Fe the best ever. ##### Lynn L. Nice and comfy casita in a small complex. Nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable bed. Just so you know: fireplace is only decorative—a detail that I either missed, or not in the description. Such a terrific location—walk to Canyon Road and Plaza easily. Washer and dryer around corner in complex. I always like to tell others what the check out requests are. In this case: take trash and recycling out, towels in shower, and turn on dishwasher. One TV in living room; none in bedroom. Closet has nice built ins consisting of some shelves, four drawers, some hanging space, and six hangers. I’d definitely rent again! ##### Anne G.
