Walking distance to everything Santa Fe has to offer, yet tucked away on a quiet street, secluded from town. Inside, the main floor of this 3 bedroom vacation rental comprises 2000 square feet of carefully maintained and newly updated space. High ceilings and many windows provide abundant natural light to the open and airy kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The home easily sleeps six, having three bedrooms with a king bed in each, with stylish ensuite bathrooms. Bonus sitting room with additional bathroom. All rooms have been individually decorated with quality furnishings, lending unique appeal, and character to the overall interior design scheme. The living room is large, light, and comfortably furnished, and a traditional high, viga­-beamed ceiling. The Marcy House received some recent loving care you will enjoy! The kitchen was renovated with new shelving, custom cabinetry, lights, granite countertops, and high end stainless steel appliances-­a joy for the family chef! The table in the spacious dining area is capable of seating six. A large private patio with plenty of room for everyone to sit and a private hot tub area complete this stellar East Side house! But, when we arrived at the home the door was open. There is not nearly enough storage to put your clothes. None in the baths either. The location couldn’t be better; we were just minutes from all the sights, yet it felt peaceful and private.The kitchen was a dream, and we loved making breakfast there each morning before heading out to explore. TVs in every room were a great bonus for our rest day, and every little detail showed real care and thought from the host. Speaking of which, our host was attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed.We truly wanted for nothing.
