Welcome to Casa Atalaya, a private and sophisticated retreat just three and a half blocks from Upper Canyon Road. Tucked away at the end of a quiet heated brick driveway, great for all season stays. This beautifully remodeled home combines modern comfort with breathtaking surroundings. From its elevated perch, Casa Atalaya offers unmatched views of the Sangre de Cristo and Jemez Mountains, along with the twinkling city lights of Santa Fe. Whether you’re watching a vibrant sunrise or a fiery sunset, the scenery here is nothing short of spectacular.  
  
This home is perfectly suited for both relaxation and remote work. With high-speed Xfinity internet, mesh WiFi, smart TVs, and a spacious desk, you can stay connected while feeling completely away from it all. Thoughtful details like Frette linens, five fireplaces, air conditioning, and a heated driveway make the home as comfortable as it is luxurious.

The top floor of Casa Atalaya features a stunning open-concept living space where indoor and outdoor living merge seamlessly. A dramatic wall of 12-foot bifold doors opens completely, creating a breezy, light-filled environment that frames sweeping views stretching up to 60 miles. The living room is warm and inviting, with multiple fireplaces, including a striking Malm outdoor fireplace on the patio. Three expansive portals provide the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the stunning vistas. Casa Atalaya offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, creating a luxurious retreat for every guest.  
  
The primary suite is located on the top floor alongside the main living areas. This serene space includes a plush king bed with Frette linens, a spa-like bathroom, and direct access to patios where you can wake up to breathtaking mountain and city views.  
  
The second level houses three guest suites and a laundry room. The first guest suite features a king bed and an elegant en-suite bathroom. The second guest suite offers a queen bed and a twin bed, perfect for families or friends traveling together. The third guest suite includes two twin trundle beds that can be converted into king beds and has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.  
  
Updated bathrooms include luxurious Carrara marble countertops, frameless glass shower doors, and soaking tubs, offering a truly spa-like experience.

The outdoor spaces at Casa Atalaya are as spectacular as the interiors.
