    Bella is a charming and comfortable one-bedroom, one-bath casita that combines the best of new construction and traditional Santa Fe aesthetics. The convenient location and charming style combine to ensure that you will experience Santa Fe to the fullest.



    LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING

    The open-concept living area features a charming gas fireplace, a smart TV, and a fully-functional kitchen. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa. There is no formal dining space, but the kitchen offers bar seating for two.



    BED AND BATH

    The bedroom features a king bed and an additional smart TV. The large bathroom features a large and luxurious tub/shower combo.



    OUTDOOR SPACE

    Bella is on a compound tucked behind two of our other rentals. There is a small patio in front of the home and another outdoor sitting area behind the home itself. Unfortunately, the outdoor fireplace is not available for use, as it can easily ignite the nearby brush in the lot above the home.
