"Beautiful hotel with a theme of tranquility and wellness. Friendly and welcoming staff always helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and of good size with everything you would need. Fabulous breakfast quality and choice. Lovely spa area and good gym. No complaints."

"The good: It’s a beautiful resort, so tastefully appointed. Service is very good, everyone is very attentive. Buffet breakfast is great - loads of options. Free entry to Pacha and the Destino party is a bonus. Free parking. Great hairdryer in the room. Comfortable beds. The bad: poor communication at check-in. We had half-board, which means breakfast and dinner is included but we weren’t told this. We didn’t find it out until halfway through the stay. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room everyday. We weren’t told that the cans of water in the room were complimentary. We were told we needed to reserve beds by the pool in advance, which we did but when we turned up, there was no booking. I wound still stay here again though, now that I have all the details figured out."
