The hot tub and outdoor activities are also restricted during quiet hours to maintain the serene setting. \- For safety reasons, the fireplace isn’t available for use, but central heating will keep things cozy. \- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Except that I received multiple threatening notices for noise while using the hot tub at 10:45am on a Sunday morning. So no music or Sunday Funday fun or you will be charged extra and kicked out. We are a few mons with their teen kids having a weekend together. I would never rent this place again. There apparently are upstairs neighbors and that was not disclosed or I may have opted for a stand alone house.
