This property is situated in the small and quiet village of the 'Reis Magos', known for its calm and pebble beach, much appreciated by locals and tourists.
The apartment stands out for its comfort and simplicity. With two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a living room and two full bathrooms, the house receive a maximum of 4 people.
On the balcony, you will be able to catch your daily dose of Vitamin D, with a fantastic and relaxing view to the Atlantic Ocean.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW The ‘Reis Magos’ area is known for its tranquillity and beautiful promenade, which connects in perfect harmony the sea and the land. The building is situated five hundred meters from this fantastic promenade, ideal for a walk in the summer evenings and winter afternoons or to go to the beach during the hottest days.
You will also found in a walk distance plenty of bars and restaurants where you can indulge in our delicious gastronomy or in international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, in Caniço (five minutes by car) you will find a greater variety of restaurants, a pharmacy and a shopping centre with a medium-sized supermarket.
GETTING AROUND Nevertheless, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!
There are bus stops nearby to get you to Funchal.

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.
Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
Please be informed that a tourist ‘ecotax’ will be charged to all people staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz. Therefore, all guests aged 18 or over staying overnight in holidays resorts and/or accommodation establishments will be charged € 1.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of € 5.00 per person/stay. This fee will be charged at the check-in.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, quiet location, balcony with amazing view and privacy, perfect for discovering the eastern part of the island.
The appartement is as shown in the pictures. Well located and the view from the balcony is stunning.

Beautifull appartment
A spacious appartment with seaview. We had a good stay. In nov. 2023 there was no useable parasol and all four matrasses are worse. Please ask the organisation if the did replace them.
Property is in a nice location with beautiful views of the. ocean. It is a short walk to the bus into the city.A supermarket, bakery and restaurants within walking distance.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen
Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht.
Das Einzige was etwas nervig war, waren die britischen Eigentümer rechts neben der Ferienwohnung , die nachts sehr laut auf ihrem Balkon waren.
Aber die sind sicher nicht immer vor Ort.Die ersten beiden Tage war es sehr ruhig.
Wir werden die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut. 2 Bäder sind sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, aber dafür ruhig. In Strandnähe, aber mit steilen Weg. Die Balkonmöbel waren reparaturbedürftig.
Insgesamt aber ein schöner Urlaub

il faut une voiture pour visiter l'ile et savoir que la mer n'est qu'à 200m mais l'accès se fait par une descente à 35%

Nice appartement.Quiet and nice view.
Had a goed stay.Nice view.Small beach just a few minutes walk.Appartement is well equiped and clean.
A lot of places in Madeira have hills,you beter can walk well.
Would definately recommand the appartement.
