It was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 2-3 people. A very short walk to the beach and downtown Santa Cruz and Capitola were just a few minutes away. The view of the lake was great and it was so relaxing watching the birds outside the windows. There must have been at least 8 nests in the tree just outside the window. ##### Tai L. James's place is in such a great location, just a short walk to the beach.
