Magical Place By The Sea.

  • A special place to relax. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from Santa Cruz to Monterey. This is an ocean front condo on the second level. Sleep in our Select Comfort king size bed with an ocean view and sounds of the sea to lull you to sleep. Watch the hummingbirds frolicking on our deck. New flat screen smart TV and Bose sound system. Amazon Echo Dot smart speaker. Sleeps two more on our queen size sofa bed. There is room for six at our dining room table with an additional leaf. Fully furnished, including all linens and towels. It situated half-way between Monterey and Santa Cruz in a gated community.

We love staying here! The views are mesmerizing ! The condo was very clean and well equipped. It was nice to have a washer/dryer to use during our week long stay. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to our next stay here.

Our stay last week was fantastic! The condo was exactly as advertised—clean and equipped with first-class amenities that made for a comfortable stay. The 2nd floor views were the best and the hosts were welcoming and responsive, making the whole process seamless. Magical indeed! We had a wonderful stay in Watsonville and the view, including the hummingbirds, was worth every penny! We spent most of our time on the patio, enjoying the quiet and soaking in the ocean air. This place is a gem!

Such a beautiful place to just sit and relax, watch the waves through the BIG picture window or open the sliders in the living room and bedroom and left the sound of the surf put you to sleep. Immaculately clean, has everything you need! The shower was fantastic and the sleep number bed lets everyone feel comfortable. Just what my wife and I needed for a three day weekend get away.

This truly is a magical beach vacation location! I have an energy limiting disability and loved the sound of the ocean and bird songs along with the wonderful ocean view with humming birds, seagulls, pelicans and sunsets from the very comfortable bed! You are so close to the beach I could hear and see my kids from the porch. We forgot how cold it can be at the coast but there was plenty of cozy blankets, coffee and tea to keep us warm. My kids had a blast running to the beach whenever they wanted. They loved the games, sand toys and beach chairs provided. They agreed this really is a magical place! It is such a quiet and peaceful place we barely saw any other people during our stay. Great communication with host and a beautiful apartment with everything you need for an amazing trip.

Debbie was very welcoming! Her Magical Place by the Sea was the best I’ve stayed at in Pajaro. It is well stocked with everything you can think of or that you may have forgotten. It’s very clean and nicely decorated. The view is spectacular! I’ll definitely go back as soon as I can.

Beautiful view from all windows. Access to beach right next door. I have stayed at at lot of VRBOs and this is the best kitchen with every type of pots and pans , a set of sharp knives. Lots of dishes of all sizes. Lots of kitchen utensils and gadgets A microwave and a stove. Tea and coffee, water, 2 electric grills one in door, one on the patio. Two tv sets, radios,DVD. The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, couch and chairs. A lovely dinner table that seats 4. Parking right outside the unit. Very quiet. You could not find a better, well maintained home that gave you the feeling of being home. The host has provided detailed instructions on where to find everything and how it worked. A great place for a relaxing vacation.
