The owners are extremely responsive and have fastidiously labeled and documented everything. The garage is well stocked with bikes and beach supplies. The millwork, HVAC, multi-room audio system, countertops and paint details make it look like the home was designed to be the owners' residence rather than just a vacation rental.Glenn, the owner, has thought of every detail and documented them all in an excellent notebook about the home.
