Great location, nicely appointed house and so close to the beach. Our family loved our stay at this house. Lily, the owner was very responsive to any of our questions. The house was in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, close to the beach, and restaurants/ coffee/ the boardwalk. Lots of street parking. The house was very clean, well stocked, and well set up to spend lots of time together with family or friends. The only issue we had was that the keys were not inside the lockbox at check in, but there were alternate ways to get inside the house - all listed in the check in instructions - and the property manager was very responsive. We love to explore various areas of the west coast from Washington State down through the California coast and discovered the Santa Cruz beaches. This VRBO has been a superb location for running or walking along the coast and discovered great coffee houses, restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood. We were impressed with the comfortable, clean and organized accommodations that included a hot tub, fire places, a grill on the upper deck with the view of the ocean and had the best sleep. The house is in a great location. We loved hanging out on the front deck by the door and also the upstairs deck. It was perfect for our group of eight (4 adults and four kids ages 12-16). The beds are comfortable and the garage had all kinds of “toys” to use. We walked to the boardwalk and we borrowed the bikes for a nice ride around the area. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the house to the waters edge…not bad. All in all a great place. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
