Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Only issue is that light from outside hall leakes into the room at night. Parking is included. It's walking distance to the Wharf and Boardwall and plenty of restaurants.

I loved that it was a great location for buses, downtown 15 min walk. Also boardwalk 2 mins away . West cliff walk beautiful, stunning area. The room was cleaned everyday and staff were friendly . Quiet and safe area . Car parking free in motel . Air con brilliant in room

This is a budget motel. Hopefully you’re not paying over $100/night. The sheets were clean and the shower was good. It’s a place to rest your head and wash up, not much else. The location is great if you want to walk to the beach or wharf—super close. Staff, especially Rocky, were very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock, usb and outlet on lamp broken, shower drain backed up and flooded the bathroom floor. All first floor rooms facing loud parking lot which is ultra tight and difficult to maneuver. Only positive is the location.

This hotel is a great location walking distance to the Santa Cruz pier and the beach but like most of the hotels in Santa Cruz the place is old and worn!! They did have parking which was a bonus!!
