Whenever I visit Tenerife, I stay in either the AC or the NH across the street. The locations is fantastic with immediate access to cabs and transportation, and withing walking distance of plenty of amenities. You get exactly what you need: a quiet, clean, comfy, and secure location to spend your time in Santa Cruz.

Absolutely loved my stay and the location was amazing. I will say that due to the carpark being quite small (only fit fiat 500s etc), the staff were really friendly and helpful in finding other car parks at walking distances

Excellent value for money, with the added bonus of a prime location. I suggest arranging an agreement with the plaza's parking garage, as the on-site parking is extremely small and narrow.

From the moment that we arrived until the moment that we checked out our stay at this hotel was spectacular. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage with them before check-in time and everyone there should be recommended for their level of professionalism and courtesy and making us feel very welcome. The next time that we are in Tenerife, we will definitely be staying at that hotel

Nice hotel - very clean - very comfortable bed and great shower. A bit noisy at weekends, but fine on other nights. Great central location. TV not great - limited channels which sometimes didn’t have great reception. Screen mirroring function didn’t work during our stay. Pool more decorative as very shallow - not one for swimming in. Overall a really good hotel that does the important things right.

Breakfast menu is vey comprehensive, with hot items cooked to order. Lovely large comfortable dining area overlooking views to the outside. Hotel has the front, cruise docking area, shops, many delightful bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Rooms are well sized and cleaned, and all staff are welcoming. Roof bar and pool a bonus, also serves a wide variety of drinks, cocktails and food to order.

Staff were v professional upon arrival and helpful. The hotel is next to a lovely square and amenities are very close by. There is a gym for the super models and a nice restaurant for the rest of us. A short walk (20 mins) to the port if you’re catching the cruise liner and a 20min walk to the bus station to go anywhere on the island. Clean and up to date. They have a sister hotel in Gran Canaria, the class runs through the hotels.

the hotel is spotless and feels very safe and a very good standard. there is little to do at the hotel so if for leisure you will need to head out.
