The property is located in Marina di Ragusa (20 km from Ragusa), one of Sicily’s most renowned seaside resorts; the sea is about a 5-minute walk away, while the area’s main sandy beach is just 1 km away.

The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two balconies.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, and access to BALCONY I;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and access to BALCONY II;

- BEDROOM I with a single bed, closet, and desk;

- BATHROOM with a raised shower stall, sink, and toilet with bidet;

- TWO BALCONIES.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pump (split system in the master bedroom), ceiling fan in the living room, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



Private outdoor parking on-site for small/medium-sized vehicles (not suitable for SUVs).

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which these systems may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 30 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

EUR 40 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for a fee.



Marina di Ragusa is one of Sicily’s most renowned seaside resort towns; it is located in the province of Ragusa, about 20 km from the provincial capital. The Ragusa coastline is characterised by beaches of fine, golden sand and a clear, crystal-clear, unspoiled sea with shallow waters, ideal for families with children. Thanks to its location, Marina di Ragusa is an excellent starting point for visiting the Baroque towns of the Val di Noto (Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, Noto), the locations featured in the Inspector Montalbano series, and the main stops on the food and wine tours of the Iblei region (Chiaramonte Gulfi, Modica, Ragusa Ibla).
