HOUSE RULES
Quiet hours - 9pm - 8am - this is strictly enforced in Summerland
No parties, events or smoking allowed
Pets - please clean up after your furry friends and we kindly ask no pets on the furniture! This may result in additional fees.
Trash Day is Friday mornings and Gardeners come by every Wednesday in the mornings
*Sauna and Jacuzzi are available for use during your stay. Please do not enter either after consuming ANY alcohol and please refer to our guidebooks for details on how to use and safety tips. Thank you!
