Mark’s Carpinteria condo was exactly what we needed. A clean, quiet and comfortable home base while we visited Carpinteria and explored the area. Close to Ventura, Santa Barbara, and under an hour from endless hiking trails with amazing views and gorgeous beaches. The bed was incredibly comfortable (and we’re both quite picky). Mark was responsive and available, should we have needed anything, and there’s a wonderful beach and walking path under two blocks away. I was in Carpinteria for work and stayed in this quiet, comfortable place for three nights. It has everything you'd want, including a full kitchen. I was very happy to see there was plenty of coffee and a good coffee maker! The bed is huge with a great mattress. Great shower and water pressure too. The condo is only a block from the beach and within walking distance of all Carpinteria has to offer. The owner was responsive and I didn't have any issues getting in or checking out. I'd definitely stay here again! ##### Alison H. The chairs and umbrellas were easy to carry, in good condition, and comfortable to use on the beach all day. Mark was wonderful in his communication, especially involving things outside his control such as grid maintenance on one of the days. I felt like we had all the information to be prepared, comfortable, and a very supported-level self sufficient during our stay. The king sized bed was wonderful and I really appreciated the decent quality pillows. When we return to this area there is no question of where we will stay because I would absolutely plan our trip around this property’s availability. ##### Anna H.
