It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Sant'Agnello di Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. Villa Fillide E is located on the top floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building along a stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps. You will not need a car to stay at Villa Fillide E. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved covered parking space, in a fenced yard. The complex is composed by 6 apartments located into 3 separate houses and can host up to 25 people. Apartments A and B are located on the first floor of a villa; Apartments C and D located into a dependence not far from the garden and Apartments E and F, located into a nearby independent house. The landlords live on the bottom floor of the villa and will be available for you whenever you need, with discreetness. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, from 1.30 meter (4.3 feet) to 1.7 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October. Please kindly note. Nice and private but close to the main house and pool, with a great private terrace. The pool isn't big but again ideal for the kids. Overall as long as you don't mind being a little bit out of Sorrento (we didn't and it's 10 mins on the bus) it is excellent. The owners were lovely and left out breakfast for us as we arrived late and ran us to the train station when we left. The apartment was very nice and Lucia \[the owner\] was very nice and helpful when we needed anything. Very happy booking with Summer In Italy, we always got a quick helpful response to any questions.
