"The bathroom had been used at arrival, one of the towals were laying on the bathroom bench. Not nice.
The room felt very wet, probably the AC has been off and we arrived very late so didnt have time to dry up. Should have been set on during the day instead, they knew we were arriving.
We asked for late check out, 12:30. At 12:34 they were knocking on our door very stressed and said they had guests that need to enter now and bla bla. Perhaps have some margins?"
