The room was clean and well organized. It actually had 2 sinks unlike the other 2 hotels we stayed at that only had 1. Not a big deal, but definitely well appreciated! The breakfast was excellent, and the fish and tenderloin tacos offered at the rooftop restaurant were absolutely fantastic! We would definitely consider staying here again.

Pro’s - • Lovely room • Great pool area • Great food & drinks • Guest journey seamless • Pool staff are great Cons • Staff gave me a room in the worst possible location looking out over the car park - very mis-leading imagery, be very careful when booking. • When highlighting this to the front desk they didn’t seem to care. • Front desk staff in general have a bit of an attitude / unfriendly.

"Well, we paid a huge amount of money for a 3 days stay in IBIZA’s icon, “The Site”, so we wouldnt expect anything less than amazing. To be true i wasn't impress. Our air conditionating wasnt working at all. There was not many amenity's. C’mon, we are talking about a 800-1000$/day. Even in high season, ..."
